WedPlan was created as a complete Wedding Planning / Organizing tool for the future couple. Enter and track all the key information needed for the wedding and keep it together in one place.

WedPlan allows the user to:

• Enter and maintain a complete guest list with key contact information including the RSVP information
• Generate a Palm native document that can be edited or printed directly on your Palm (you must have a doc editor and print driver already installed).
• Import contact information from your Palm Addressbook for your Guest List and Wedding Party
• Track gifts received from each invited guest and "thank you" note status
• Arrange the wedding party
• NEW! Email your contacts from within WedPlan.
• NEW! Arrange your reception site seating arrangements and place all your guests at tables.
• Keep track of all vendors with contact information and detailed pricing including full contract amount, down payment, final payment, and due dates
• Add reminders to your Palm Datebook with alarms for pending vendor payments
• Set the budget for your wedding and adjust it as you confirm vendors
• Maintain the wedding timeline with pre-populated tasks designed to give the couple a great start on wedding preparations.
• Add new tasks and set reminder alarms for each task
• WedPlan can integrate with the PalmOS ToDo list and DateBook to place your wedding date on your Calendar and put tasks in the todo list
• Customize the main form of the program
• Generate reports on your Palm that can be edited or sent to an IR printer using your onboard Document Reader (you must already have the print driver installed)
